Is BianCuisine free?

Yes. You can use the cookbook, cooking mode, Discover, week plan, shopping list and journal for free and without ads. BianCuisine Plus is optional.

How much does BianCuisine Plus cost?

€3.99 per month or €29.99 per year. The first time you subscribe, you can try it free for 7 days. These are the prices in Germany; in other countries, the store shows you the price before you buy.

Which languages is the app available in?

The app is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish. In Discover, you choose which languages you want to see recipes in.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

Your content is stored on servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Your cookbook, plan and journal are private. Others only see what you publish or share in a household. No ads, no tracking, no sale of data. More in the privacy policy.

Does BianCuisine work offline?

No. BianCuisine needs an internet connection. In return, your recipes, plans and entries are up to date on every device you are signed in on.

Is BianCuisine available for iPhone and Android?

Yes. BianCuisine is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. With one account you can use the app on all your devices, Plus included.

How do I cancel Plus?

In the subscription settings of your Apple Account or in Google Play under “Subscriptions”. Plus stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not end the subscription automatically.
